QUESTION FOR ADMINISTRATION

Okay I have a serious question for the Sawxheads Administration. Now Hazel Mae has been here since July 18. It's now August 15 which is 3 days less than a month of having a Hazel Mae account here.
So my question is why is there still a banner welcoming Hazel here when she has been here for almost a whole month? And beings as how this is Sawxheads.com, a website supposedly dedicated to the Red Sox, and said Red Sox are in the midst of a penant race, why is there not a Red Sox logo on the top of the web page? These are very simple questions, please answer them.
