This was sent to me by my niece, whose Uncle Charlie O'Hanlon died 20 years ago on I-95 while he was helping a motorist who had a flat tire and he was struck by a passing car - her father, John, was a police officer and, now, two of her brothers are police officers. Ok, so all I keep seeing are these people with Red Sox tattoos...and I want one. Now, my first tat has to go to my kids...but they're Sox fans, too, so it's ok. But when I get my Sox one, I want it to be ORIGINAL. I know, I know, you can only get so original with the famous "B"....but I do. I want something that no one else will ever be seen wearing. On the chance of being completely chastized for not already knowing, my husband is coming home in November, and when I went to the Cape in August without him, I went clamming with his grandfather, and flash froze some clams. I've promised him some clam chowda when he gets home, but I can't find a good, thick recipe. Anyone out there have any suggestions, or recipes? I figure if ever anyone knows a good chowda recipe, it'd be a Sox fan. Please, please...I need some...

Ok, so when the Red Sox win the World Series again this year, I'm going to have to seriously re-think the power of childbirth. That would be two children born in the two years that the Red Sox win the World Series Championship. As a true Sox fan, I would have to dedicate the rest of my life to having another baby every year....ah!
