Time to get rid of Lugo?

He leads the league in errors, 1 homerun, not many rbi's, average dropping every day and he sucks in the clutch. Time for him to go! Mr. 9 million dollars hasn't produced! Trade or release him, Jed Lowrie would be better than him.

	lol mikey , lugo may not be gold glover like GAY-ROD , but he has heart . you can see the dissappointment in him when he FKs up , 'cause he let the team down . i'll take that over a self absorbed princess , or a guy who knows nothing about our way of playing . Irish, I think you overreacted here. It's a fair blog. I agree with "Play Ball" that the Lugo blogs are a bit over-played, but let's not flip out on each other. Julio's time will end eventually. Just remember, we've been through a lot of SS over the years. We've let go of some good ones for some deals that have been good for us and not so good for us. One step at a time. BoSox Ho..

To be honest didnt like the lugo signing when it happend I was a Cabrera guy, and I was quite happy with alex gonzalez dispite his lack of offense his defense evened the scales that said I don't believe the team will eat another shortstops contract were still paying for rent a wreck however Lowrie seems to be close but seems they want to wait til next year with him , changing horses in mid stream and all that, so until next year I will be pulling for lugo to get the job done hopefully he will respond .. ...View More
