ONE OF THE MANY SOX FANS FROM NEW YORK, WHO BACK IN THE DAY,( EARLY 70'S AND PART OF THE 80'S) DIDNT HAVE HIGH PRICED CABLE OR SATELLITE AND HAD TO WATCH WHATEVER CHANNEL CAME ACROSS THE AIRWAVES, VIA ROTARY ANTENNA IN MY CASE IT WAS EVERY CHANNEL OUT OF CONNECTICUT AND RHODE ISLAND, SO NEW ENGLAND SPORTS WAS WHAT I GREW TO LOVE AND LIKE MOST I HAVE LIVED AND DIED WITH THE SOX THROUGH THE GOOD TIMES AND THE BAD TIMES BUT I DO IT WITH STYLE, LIVING AMONGST THE MASSES THAT CALL THEMSELVES SO-CALLED YANKEE FANS HERE ON THE EAST END OF LONG ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!( MOST OF THEM ARE FAIRWEATER FANS AND ARE ONLY ON THE BANDWAGON BECAUSE OF ALL THOSE CHAMPIONSHIPS THEYVE WON WHEN THEY WIN THEYRE ALL THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF OBNOXIOUS BASTARDS BUT WHEN THEY LOSE THEY CRAWL BACK UNDER THEIR ROCKS AND HIDE THEIR HEADS) JUST REMEMBER YANKEE FANS MONEY CAN BUY ALL THE CHAMPIONSHIPS YOU WANT BUT I TAKES HEART AND CHARACTER TO MAKE A REAL CHAMPION....
