A: My first game at fenway park was a Hideki Nomo one-hitter against the blue jays (2001)...even though I've been watching the sox for years, the atmosphere of that first game at fenway will always be a great memory.

A: be the happiest person in the world.

A: hmmm...I'll have to come back to that...too many greats that I'd have difficulty getting words out to.

A: no other stadium can compare in my opinion.

A: more seats...even if they weren't cheaper they would be slightly easier to come by.
Hi fellow sox fans, I'm Sarah and I guess its obvious by my signing up for this site that I'm a huge sox fan! I was lucky enough to be born into a family of red sox supporters and have lived my whole life in New England, surrounded by tons of other sox fans. Besides the awesome BoSox, I also love the patriots, celtics, and even the revolution (thats soccer for those of you who don't know about the other great team that plays at Gillette). I'm currently working in public health trying to get people to stop smoking - other than red sox victory cigars that is - and am getting ready to go onto grad school, hopefully in Boston so I can get to fenway more often!______________________________ No one every suspects that I'm a huge sports fan because I'm super girly and my favorite color is pink...but I promise I can hold my own in any sports conversation and my brain is filled with way too much new england sports trivia! I absolutely hate when bandwagon fans are referred to as pink hats - because it makes people (well, girls) who like pink automatically appear to be fake fans... but I hate the bandwagon fans (and obviously all yankees - past and present - and their fans)...its fine if you weren't lucky enough to born into red sox nation but if you can't name a single sox player who was here before 2004 then you shouldn't be able to consider yourself a sox fan!______________________Now that I'm done ranting...if you want to know more check out the following: myspace (myspace.com/sarahm6) or on the other awesome adaptions of sawxheads: patsheads = patsgirl6 and Celtsheads = celtsgirl6 _____ GO Sox!

I have been so stressed out tonight wondering which players we are losing. I would be happier for the Coco/Lester deal over Ellsbury. I am trying to to think about it. I am going to put on a DVD. If you find out, send me a note. Let me know. If what I've read this morning is accurate, it looks like the Sox may pull off a trade for Santana WITHOUT giving up Buchholz or Ellsbury. And that's certainly good news...if it's true. posted @ 12/04/2007, 10:32am |
