A.) Gagne......obvious villian
B.) Schilling......if he could have gone further, answer "A"'s butt would have never seen the action
C.) Epstien....for acquiring answer "A"
D.) Francano........I thought answer "A" would have been an absolute last resort. Instead I found myself drinking Absolut by the gallon

It was 40 years ago tonight that Boston's beloved Tony Conigliaro was hit over the left eye by a Jack Hamilton fastball. 40 years. Man I didn't like that trade form the Git GO!
My case;
1.) Never trade when you are in first place, especially 8 games. Naysayers to this arguement will cite; "The Yankees and Braves do it all the time" and that's true but, more often than not they are always in first...
