| Last year we had about 12 days of pouring rain. My finished basement took in about an inch of water. This destroyed the carpet, and some other small stuff. Under all the wet carpet was nasty yellow brown tile. Then as brothers do we were sitting in that mess having a cold soda, and he said you could totally have a mini replica of Fenway up here.
