Ok Ok, we're all pissed that Teixiera went to the YankMes. However, do you not think there was no Plan B? These guys are pretty f'n smart, & have got us a long way since they've been here. Relax, & wait for the other shoe to drop. Happy Christmas!!

Sad news for us Ft . Lauderdale residents. Big Al Rollish from Southport Raw Bar passed away on Tuesday from heart failure. Al moved here from Connecticut in 1982, & was a huge New England sports, & especially , Boston Red Sox fan. Upon my return from Boston a couple of months ago, I brought him back some souvenirs, which brought a big smille to his face. When the Sox won the World Series in '04, we were both saying...

I was born in Evansville, Indiana (Jerry Sloan attended the U of E), & moved to Ft Lauderdale when I was 5 (actually, my parents moved us) . I could by all rights be a, gulp, YANKEES fan, as I used to go see their spring training games when they were based here in Lauderdale. I wasn't actually that into sports. I live in Florida. I've been to Fenway for 15 games in my life. I know Sawx fans are amongst the most knowledgeable anywhere, no question. However, why are the people there so oblivious to the game, i.e., interfering in others view of the game. You get up or return to your seat between pitches, between batters or other breaks in the action. Baseball has OBVIOUS pauses. That is when you depart or return to your seat.
