 Sox's road woes return as seven-game winning streak ends

They couldn't have been homesick already, considering that this was just the opening act of a 10-game journey through Oakland, Seattle and Baltimore. But the fact remains that the Red Sox have been a distinctly different team at Fenway Park than away from it.

And just like that, the Sox saw the momentum of a seven-game winning streak -- all of which was achieved at Fenway -- stymied in an 8-3 loss to the Athletics on Friday night.
