About Me
Transplanted Sox fan...originally from Brockton, MA but currently in enemy territory in NY. Been living upstate for the past 11 years but work is currently taking me into the bottonless pit of classless assholes they call New York City. Won't be afraid to show my pride in the Big Apple, just hoping it doesn't get me shot.
Not here to be a stalker or use retarded terms like "soxy" on anyone becuase I'd wanna kick my own ass for being a step away from appearing on To Catch a predator with Chris Hansen. Looking to connect with other Sox fans since there aren't too many in my neck of the woods.
I'm 25, graduated college in 2005 from a school in upstate NY that you've likely never heard of called SUNY Oswego. I have a Sox tattoo on my upper right arm that I've had since early 2004 and I rarely miss a Sox game on TV. Usually try to make it out to about 4-6 games at Fenway a year. Was lucky enough to see Buchholz's no hitter and Game 7 on the ALCS last year. Still a MASShole at heart

Sign up to join this group and they'll let you know where they're meeting to watch the game. If I'm not mistaken, it's always in Manhattan. Professor Thom's on 2nd Avenue between 14th and 13th streets is the best. Hairy Monk on 2nd Ave (on the corner of 25th or 26th st. I can't remember which. There's also a decent Pats bar in Astoria. It's called Broadway Station. It's on Broadway and like 30th st. It is right outside the Broadway stop on the N/W. posted @ 09/04/2008, 10:39am |
