About Me
The Lester Project is run by four Boston-area college students: Amanda, Christine, Casey & Kayte, and is an organization that acts under the Jimmy Fund that has raised over $57,000 for cancer research. All of this has been done through the sale of red silicone wristbands that read "#62 Striking Out Cancer" made to honor Red Sox pitcher Jon Lester. (And yes, that's the wristband you see on his wrist all the time!)

This is a way cool idea.I had heard about it out here in Colorado and I actually went through cancer myself.I had stomach cancer andhave had 2 operations in the past year...Let me know how to get on of those and maybe look into a way of helping sell some out here in Colorado..Thanks again!!
