A: 30 seconds after the final out of Game 7 of the 2004 ALCS, my phone rang and on the other end was the president of Orangehaus Records offering me my first record deal. that was the single greatest day of my life until the next week, when the Red Sox won the 2004 World Series.

A: dump Willy Mo Pena onto another team, release Matt Clement, get a shortstop who can actually hit and find a right fielder who actually gives a damn.
