Hey RSB, a slaughter like that should be treated as you a bad car accident - just walk away, put it out of your mind and don't think about it too much because you'll get too upset. Just turn off the TV and do something else that makes you happy. Like the car accident, there's nothing you could have done nor anything you CAN do. Tomorrow is a new day. I use to get emotionally upset about games like this as well but that's when I realized to just "walk away," as Ronnie James Dio might say (no I don't like Dio, I just like Henry Rollins' description of music in bands he was in).
