Last November, the schedule was announced for the Sox and the Olde Towne Team was scheduled for an interleague series in Cincinnati...The first time they'd play here in 32 years. I'm back. The Red Sox are 15-12 going into tonight, and have hit into 32 double plays thus far this season. That's 6 off the pace of last year. Not a whole lot, for sure but maybe just enough to have cost us the 3 wins difference from this year to last in as many games. It doesn't help when The Large Father is hitting an OPS of .611 either. The fact that he's knocked in 20 RBI's thus far is amazing considering that stat. When he's...
