Virtual Waiiting Rooms for Tickets

| I must go off on a little rant. What's the deal with these silly virtual waiting rooms. I am totally against these. This year 10 hours were spent on Single game ticket opening day. The kicker I didn't even get tickets. MLB puts you in this "virtual waiiting" room then you are picked at RANDOM....... Are you freaking kidding me at RANDOM. How bout the lil guy from PA who wants to make his annual trip to see his favorite team... Oh forget about him....
