A: ahhhh, DUH, 2004!!!!
Q: What is your most memorable Red Sox moment?
A: Well, I have two! The first one was probably my 3rd game I went to, back in Sept. 1991, I think the Red Sox had a 10 game winning streak going. They were playing the skankees and Mike Greenwell had an inside-the-park-ground-ball-grand slam and Bernie Williams crashed into the wall and the Red Sox won 15-1!! About Me
I'm a 30 year-old female from Waterbury, Connecticut! (Waterbury is in the almost western, central part of the state, so there are lots of those evil empire skankee fans around here!) I've loved the Red Sox my whole life:I have a tshirt from when I was one or two, and it has a green ape on in, saying "I'm ape over the Red Sox!" I think it might be Wally's uncle or something. Anyway, I've loved them my whole life and love the city of Boston; I actually went to college in the area just to be near Fenway! I am NOT one of those pink-hat-wearing female fans who only like the Red Sox cause it's cool to like them now. I know how to play the game and keep score...I try to do that when I go to Fenway, but I end up drinking too much beer and lose track, oops! And, I'm not a big fan of anyone, male or female, who only has liked the Red Sox since 2004, or maybe 2003.
I want to get married at Fenway. I guess I could consider myself a female version of Jimmy Fallon in Fever Pitch, but I don't have season tickets. I coulda got season tickets in college, 1995-1999, but I had other priorities such as tuition...what the hell was I thinking?!?!?!
I guess that's enough about me for now; wait, one more (important) detail, I am straight, I like guys, I think people get the wrong idea sometimes when they realize how much I love the Red Sox! hahahahahaha
(In case you're wondering what I do for work, I'm a high school librarian...ok ok, please keep the librarian comments to yourself, haha!)
