In response to your comment as to who is more to blame. While that is a subject to interpretation depending on your opinion, it is my opinion that they all share somewhat equally with a slight edge going to the people who run the game because they had knowledge of the use but did nothing until it was too late. Had Mr Selig and his other owners stood up and adopted policies when Big Mac was caught on national tv with Andro in his locker instead of blackballing the writer who pointed it out, it would have saved all this Mitchell report BS. There are other contributing factors but it would take me to long to explain it here. I do have a blog that I am currently writing on this very subject ...look for it in the next couple of days.
