| well i am going to give this poem writing a whirl
I will sum up the long injury filled season
we are in the playoffs for all the right reasons
we are a team that will always overcome
and they though in 04 we were 1 and done
here is is in the season of 08
and look where we are ,our stats are great
We have struggled with bruises and bumps
and God knows...

| Where do I start? I am not sure what was harder to watch the loss in the 9th or the pain on Mikey lowell's face. I was so hpoing for the outcome to be a W ,between the pitching and the dramatic defense of Peddy and the valiant effort of our beloved Mikey,MVP if I recall of 2007 WS!
The control Josh had on his pitching was truly well worth a win.Our bats were silenced by thier ace,ironic enough.I was looking at the clock...

| it was a magical evening. There were a ton of people there and John Lester is the nicest man,along with the other players i met and chatted it up with .I spoke to Josh for about 10 minutes and folks let me tell ya he is just a regular as can be . I was nervous aproaching him and I touched his throwing hand softly not to damage it at all. I asked him about all the F bombs he throws down out there he chuckled and was very simply the only thing that came to mind!
