I saw this in The Remy Report this morning under the aforementioned titled section & after reading it I though about how absurd things have gotten in regards to the fans and their over-zealous attitudes towards baseball. Is it just me or do any of you out there agree with my assessment ?

Fact of the Day

In July 1934 Babe Ruth paid a fan $20 dollars for the return of the baseball he hit for his 700th career home run.
