With the eve of the hopefully final Primary contest in this historical presidential race, another big, huge historical instance took place.

Jon Lester, cancer survivor, Game 4 winner in the World Series, and now, in the history books: Pitched a complete game, not only that but a NO HITTER. He had a little help from the defense, including a spectaculor diving catch in short CF in the 4th inning, BUT. . this man, Lester, pulled it out did his thing!

Makes me extremely proud, to be a fan, makes me EXTREMELY fan to be an American, following 2 of America's pasttimes, politics, and baseball!

I still have tears at this moment, from watching the recaps, the last few outs, seeing Varitek (AGAIN, so great in the game, but even better about fighting for the game ball) handing the game ball to Lester.

When Lester tips his cap you can see the pride and swollen emotion on his face, when he and Tito have that moment, that defining moment (if you ask me) of the whole night, and hug, 2nd father and son, the fighter, the battler, the strong of the strong, made me bawl like a baby.

I have an idea, can't get this to any powers that be, camo shirts, red sleeves (for function of it) with the word FIGHTER on the front, to honor Lester, his fight and the continuing fight the team has and will always have, that makes us champions people! THAT is that is what seperates US from the others, when we were injury plagued and riddled with sicknes we fight back, we battle, we make it work, and it pays off!

I'm so proud! and Honored to be a part of this!
