Questions and Answers
Q: Who is your Favorite Red Sox player?
A: Present day would be Wakie, all time would be Yastrzemski.
Q: What was your Favorite Red Sox season?
A: 2004 was the best.
Q: What is your most memorable Red Sox moment?
A: My first Yankee/Red Sox game at Yankee Stadium, sometime in 1992. We'd jumped out to an early 6 run lead. My Yankee fan friend said, "All we have to do is score 1 run in each of the next six innings and we've got this game won. One thing lead to another and Bernie Williams gave the Yankees the lead with a home run. From that moment on Bernie Williams was one of the two players that actually scared me when they came up to bat.
Q: The Yankees are...
A: Much like the typewriter, glass peanut butter jar, and anything with a crank, important parts of the 20th Century but not all that relevant today.
Q: Your Favorite Ball Park besides Fenway is?
A: I saw my first major league game at the old Vet in Philly so that will always be special.
Q: If you were the owner of the Red Sox you would?
A: Diversivy so I could buy the Yankees as well. I'd then make them wear tie-dye uniforms. I'd also personally write Michael Kay's scripts for him.
Q: If you could ask any former or current player/coach/owner a question it would be, and to whom?
A: I'd love to have a conversation with Bill Lee but I don't think it would be limited to one question.
1B: Carl Yastrzemski
2B: Jerry Remy
SS: Rico Petrocelli
3B: Wade Boggs
LF: Ted Williams
CF: Fred Lynn
RF: Dwight Evans
DH: Jim Rice
SP: Luis Tiant
RP: Mike Timlin
CL: Dennis Eckersley
About Me
In the grand scheme of things am I really worth taking the year or two to get to know me? Probably not. The exiled players have long since retired but the spirit of the Buffalo Heads remains. Ps. "Kindness, use at every opportunity"

Sounds like a good plan - its sort of a weird thing. There always seems to be a run shortage during games that Wake and Masterson are pitching, hopefully that trend can end! I don't blame you - I would be on cloud nine for a good month after attending a sox win in the Bronx like you saw Thursday! posted @ 07/06/2008, 8:28am |

Good Morning! Glad you had a good time at the game...it's been a pretty good series against the skankees so far, too bad they couldn't capitalize in the 9th yesterday when they loaded up the bases. Hope they can finish out the series with a win today! GO SOX! posted @ 07/06/2008, 7:48am |
