First of all, I don't mean to wax on poetically , but here goes.

I love it when the Sox play the Mariners, since I get to watch it on FSN (Fox Sports Northwest). I love the crisp bright white uniforms, the green monster and outfield walls of fenway, Pesky Pole, the green grass, the crowd, all the red and blue, the EVERYTHING.

I watched that spectaculor play in RF by Drew, my heart skipped a beat, When Lugo To Pedroia, and they tried to turn that double play but EVEN THOUGH Bettencourt was safe at 1st, I think to my self "DAMN I LOVE THIS GAME".

I well up with pride to see a Brandon Moss in the lineup and doing well, and Ellsbury of course, Jed Lowrie, Justin Masterson, Dustin, Papelbon, Youk, all the products of the farm.

Damn I love Baseball

To see the fly balls caught, or foul balls handed to the kids in the crowd.

Damn! I love Baseball

To see the hustle, the quick steps off first just before the hit and run.

Damn I love Baseball

To see Manny being Manny, JD kicking ass, Youk, Lowell, Dustin and the rest playing as a team

Damn I love Baseball

AND.... Damn I love those Sox.

I love those sox, and I'm proud, I feel as I'm a part of their family even if they wouldn't even know who I am. YET, I'm still a part of the family, and my eyes well up with tears when they do well, and my heart leaps into my throat with pride, cause I am so proud of these boys.

I love this team!
