This is a special request by Michael. I hope you all like it, I have not been feeling very poetic lately.
Dustin Pedroia's 2008 American League MVP.
The hearts of RSN are filled with glee.
He really carried the team this year.
By playing the game with no fear.
His 2007 began with a loud dud.
But by the end, he was a Rookie of the Year stud.
The Red Sox were World Series bound.
With Pedroia at second they were the best around.
In 2008, he picked up his play.
Carrying the team everyday.
Using all his baseball skill,
He gave RSN many a thrill.
Playing in the MLB is his dream.
I'm so proud his on my team.
I know he has more great plays for us to see.
Congrats to our 2008 AL MVP.
