Good Morning Red Sox Fans, Well the script went as planned last week as the Sox plucked the wings off the halo's and skinned thier share of rally monkey's , however they were no good to eat as they were rabid and mangy .
However do not dispair fellow Red Sox Fans , seafood is always in vogue and quite healthy , so friday at fenway we go in search of the elusive devil-less ray, now we have gathered our rods, reels and nets , and we have an ample supply of bait as we go fishing for our dinner .
Back at home the Mrs. Is making ready the fryolater with some fresh Crisco in anticipation of Friday’s catch.
Whats that you say , you have never heard of eating Ray ? ,well it is nothing new, in fact it is a time honored tradition .dating back to the day of Teddy Roosevelt and the Explorer society , please check out this excerpt from the New York times dated 1884
