FAITH REWARDED !!

 Faith that is what keeps us going as sox fans.. Faith, we had it in the 60’ and it gave us the Impossible dream, We had it in the 70’s and it brought us one of the most memorable world series in history , as well as one of the most memorable moments in all of sports as Carlton Fisk willed that ball fair,
Faith, we had it in the eighties only to have it snatched away at the last moment by Mookie and the Mets . Faith never waivered throughout the ninety’s and right into the new mellinium as we kept our faith, and it was rewarded in 2004, we erased the curse and vanquished the evil empire , faith was renewed last year as we won our second championship this decade In all matters pertaining to our beloved sox faith is the key .
Our faith was tested once again last night as the Los Angelas Angels of Anahiem and their mangy, flea infested monkeys , rallied off Justin Masterson and tried to bring the series back to the city of smog…
Our Sox did not fold, they stiffend to the challenge , and delivered in the ninth with a ground rule double by Jason (boom boom ) Bay which could have ended it by itself , had it not bounced out of the yard , it was followed by a clutch (theres that word again ) hit by Jed Lowrie to score the winning run , as faith was rewarded once again ,
Jon Lester Pitched well, and deserved the win but , the no decision suits him just fine , considering the alternative ,
His counterpart also received a no decision but had no such consolation , now its on to Tampa to fry some fish and wrest a championship from the evil Devil less Rays ,
Keep the faith , we got this thing !!
