Some see the glass half empty, I see it as half full, some say our offense is not on, I say our pitching is. Come on folks we took two out of three.
We have scored only eight runs in the last forty six innings , yes it is unusual but I am not overly concerned. Why you ask? Because this offense is too good for this to go on much longer. Although I hate to see such good pitching performances go to waste, I know the hitting will come around. I don’t see a half empty glass I see a glass half full.
When this team starts hitting as it will, the glass will be full , and the runs will flow like beer at a football game , no the glass is indeed half full.
We got another great pitching performance tonight, this time from Tim Wakefield, and I would have loved to see the bats win this for him, however pitching is ninety percent of the game and we have been getting good pitching.
So the glass is indeed half full ,
This team will hit, and when it does watch out , yes indeed the glass is half full, so now its on to Tampa Bay to seek revenge against the fish. Time to even up the slate for the sweep we suffered at their hands , are you ready for some fishing , get out your lines and your reels, pack your cree’s and bait your hooks, cause were going fishing for some rays….and were gonna bag our limit .......
