So, Ive been drinking so excuse the miss-spellings and what not. But I was at the game tonight. I sat in section 150 row A seat 2 (which is directly behind the Red Sox bullpen RIGHT infront of the mound). HOLY SH*&T WAS THAT SWEET. I got to see Wake warm up, he was 5 feet in front of me, I saw the knuckle ball dance, and boy was it dancing tonight. I told him "get nasty for me tonight Wakey", he looked of course, and smiled. Then he got NASTY. He made the Tiggers lineup look like 3rd graders. One of the coolest parts about tonight was that I made a new friend. Oki and I got pretty close. We talked a bit, I dont think he understood I word I was saying, but he would smile, and nod....Then at the end of the ball game he signed my ball, I bowed to him and tipped my cap and he did the same to me. Good guy, very shy, very quiet. But he smiles, I could tell he was a genuinely nice guy. Manny and Papi went back to back. All and all great night.....Ill be back tomorrow, section 217, the cheap seats....But hey.....Im thinking about writing a game story tomorrow....Not for the News but just for fun.....GREAT NIGHT, GREAT WIN, made a new friend....Couldnt get much better.......
