Faith, we had it in the eighties only to have it snatched away at the last moment by Mookie and the Mets . Faith never waivered throughout the ninety’s and right into the new mellinium as we kept our faith, and it was rewarded in 2004, we erased the curse and vanquished the evil empire , faith was renewed last year as we won our second championship this decade In all matters pertaining to our beloved sox faith is the key .

Do you think a four game losing streak or the upstart Rays would shake our faith after all we have been through as red sox fans ?  Over the years ., we have learned to deal with adversity and turn the tables on it , we have learned to persevere and come out on top.

Lately I have heard many cast aspersions in the direction of my team , a team that is still contending as a champion despite the loss of some key personnel. I tell you now do not lose your faith,  for the re sox will prevail , they will come back stronger and more determined to win than ever before , because they have in thier chest the heart of a champion and I for one have faith ,

Tonight as the sox take on the rays we will be witness to a great team in the act of re emerging from their recent doldrums , In this I have faith,  and once again faith will be rewarded, so if we should win tonight fine it is a step towords redemption,  and if we should lose do not lose your faith,  there is still a lot of baseball to be played and in the chest  of each member of this team beats the heart of a champion , in this I have faith .

Now order up a filet o ray sandwich and enjoy the show as Dice K, 9-1, 3.21. takes on Scot Kazmir, 7-3, 2.28 as the sox attempt to reaffirm our faith tonight at 7:05 pm.
