2009 Red Sox Prediction

The 2009 season is about to start.
My excitement is way off the chart.
The Red Sox are ready for a long run.
This season will be a lot of fun.
I predict the battle for shortstop will be intense.
Spring Training will be filled with much suspense.
In the end, Lowerie will win.
And his 10 year reign of greatness will begin.
I see Big Papi and Lowell having comeback years.
Opposing pitchers should be filled with fear.
If you make a mistake, they'll make you pay.
They'll be pulverizing the ball everyday.
Captain Varitek is back at the helm.
Fenway Park will always be his realm.
He'll lead the pitchers to do their best.
Winning another World Title is his only quest.
I'm excited to watch Bay all year.
He'll give us a lot to cheer.
I predict he'll dominate all year long.
He'll make our line-up mighty and strong.
The entire pitching staff is really great.
They control this seasons fate.
I predict Beckett, Lester and Dice-K will win twenty.
With Papelbon leading, the bullpen will be money.
I expect to see the Red Sox with 100 victories.
That will bring us all much glee.
I predict we'll win the American League East.
On Rays and Yankees we will feast.
With the Regular Season done,
It's time for a long playoff run.
The Playoffs will prove once and for all.
The Red Sox are the best in baseball.
Red Sox Nation, this our year.
We'll have a parade, and the Yankees will shed tears.
I believe Red Sox baseball is devine.
We'll be World Champs in 2009!!!!
